Why This Exists

I built this after watching the same situation play out over and over — with friends, family, and people around me.

Standing in a repair shop with a quote in hand, most people have no way to know if the number is fair. The pricing is unclear, the parts are unfamiliar, and the decision feels rushed.

So they approve the work — without confidence.

Repair Advocate gives you a clear answer before you commit — based on real pricing data, not guesswork.

“Most drivers are making decisions worth thousands of dollars with less information than they'd use to buy a pair of shoes.”

No shop referrals. No affiliate deals. No upsells. Just a clear verdict — and enough context to make your own call.

How It Works

A clear answer before you commit.

The Problem

You can't tell if you're being overcharged.

Shops set their own prices. Parts markup is invisible. Labor rates vary widely by location. Most drivers have no real baseline to compare against.

The Solution

A data-backed verdict before you commit.

Repair Advocate checks parts pricing, labor rates, and regional patterns to tell you whether your quote is fair.
